We at T-Rex have been designing and manufacturing quality aftermarket grilles for well over 10 years. Known widely for our Traditional Billet Grilles, Mesh Grilles and our extreme "X-Metal Series" grilles.

Computer precision laser cutting, CAD engineered forming process and state of the art designing produce a foundation for the highest quality product. Each grille is hand assembled into a custom jig and precision welded with a process called "T.I.G." to ensure a strong and clean weld. Two options of finish are available: durable “Sinister” Gloss Black Powdercoat or “Electro-Polished” Stainless Steel for a mirror finish.

Many applications also have a practical use due to the large openings in OE bumper assemblies on late model trucks like the GM HD’s and Ford Super Duty’s. Intercoolers, AC condensers and radiators are prone to damage that can be caused from road debris at highway speeds. These components are very expensive to replace. Our grilles help guard these components against rocks or other foreign objects that can cause costly repairs and possible damage to your engine.
