BDS is now offered a heavy duty adjustable front track bar for the RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks. These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8" solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8" fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.

These 3.5" DSC Coilovers Systems are designed to build on the stout factory front suspension designed to take performance to the next level. At the heart of these 3.5" systems are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory race series DSC coilovers. These coilovers are backed by FOX's racing pedigree, preset for the correct lift height right out of the box to provide optimal performance and direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies. They feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs and black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts along with remote reservoirs with mounting brackets. The DSC (dual speed compression) reservoir allows for easy tool-free adjustment of high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment settings to further dial in the damping to the terrain and ride preferences. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" DOM tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel. These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable ball joints and rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims.

In the rear of these lift systems the factory leaf springs are retained and 2" lift comes from a replacement set of lift blocks. Also supplied for the rear of these 3.5" lift kits are your choice of FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks or upgraded FOX 2.5 factory series DSC adjustable shocks to match the front performance and adjustability. These kits come finished in a durable black powdercoat finish and sent with all hardware packs to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions.

BDS Suspension adds to its lineup of heavy duty upper control arms (UCA) with new kits available for the new 2019 Ford Ranger trucks. These new UCAs are designed for improved strength, great looks, and increased suspension droop travel. They are built from high strength 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully welded for strength and durability. They use an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning for when used with leveling or full lift kits. The frame mounting ends feature durometer-specific rubber bushings for long laster durability and reduced NVHs. At the other end they utilize an indexed ball joint cup with premium quality MOOG ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance to arms that feature uniballs, poly bushings or heims. These control arms come finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat and include a billet aluminum machined ball joint dust cap that can be removed to easily service the greasable ball joints. BDS Suspension introduces a revolutionary spring loaded traction bar system engineered to improve traction and limit axle wrap without negatively affecting suspension travel or ride quality. These next generation RECOIL traction bars offer you the freedom to tune the spring tension for optimal performance on-road, off-road, towing, or competition pulling. These traction bars can be used on stock height or lifted trucks and work with both lift blocks and replacement leaf spring kits. They use a full floating design that won't bind up allowing the full range of wheel travel without limiting articulation.

The RECOIL traction bars mount to the vehicle using fabricated 1/4" steel brackets. Bracket kits are vehicle specific. The frame brackets install by drilling mounting holes for the brackets while the axle brackets install using a set of u-bolts. The traction bars and mounting brackets use a durable gloss black powdercoat finish.

These new RECOIL traction bars are built to the highest standards featuring quick and easy adjustment while installed on the vehicle. To adjust spring tension, use the supplied spanner wrenches at the axle to loosen the jam nut. From there the main bar can be rotated to load or unload the springs at the frame side of the bar. Using the concave end of the wrench handle against the frame end check the location of the end of the main bar in relation to the notches on the wrench to verify the load on the springs, the shorter the distance the more loaded the springs are. Repeat this process on the other traction bar and use the wrenches to tighten down the jam nuts and you are ready to go!

Fox Coil-Over Shock Absorbers

BDS continues to uphold their reputation of offering only high ends parts with these new coil-over shocks, a collaboration design by both BDS and Fox Racing. These shocks are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems.

Eibach Coil Springs

The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box.

Coil-Over Hardware

These coil-over kits come boxed as a pair with remote reservoir mounting brackets and all of the necessary hardware.

Shock Absorber Fitment

Although designed specifically for BDS Suspension Systems, these may work with other brand lifts, but fitment cannot be guaranteed and may require additional suspension modification for a proper setup.
