BDS Suspension adds to its lineup of heavy duty upper control arms (UCA) with new kits available for the new 2019 Ford Ranger trucks. These new UCAs are designed for improved strength, great looks, and increased suspension droop travel. They are built from high strength 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully welded for strength and durability. They use an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning for when used with leveling or full lift kits. The frame mounting ends feature durometer-specific rubber bushings for long laster durability and reduced NVHs. At the other end they utilize an indexed ball joint cup with premium quality MOOG ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance to arms that feature uniballs, poly bushings or heims. These control arms come finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coat and include a billet aluminum machined ball joint dust cap that can be removed to easily service the greasable ball joints. They integrate a mounting tab for the factory ABS lines so there's no need to zip tie the lines as is the case with other kits on the market. The control arms come fully assembled for easy install right out of the box compatible with most leveling and lift kits on the market to increase wheel travel. BDS Suspension introduces a revolutionary spring loaded traction bar system engineered to improve traction and limit axle wrap without negatively affecting suspension travel or ride quality. These next generation RECOIL traction bars offer you the freedom to tune the spring tension for optimal performance on-road, off-road, towing, or competition pulling. These traction bars can be used on stock height or lifted trucks and work with both lift blocks and replacement leaf spring kits. They use a full floating design that won't bind up allowing the full range of wheel travel without limiting articulation.

The RECOIL traction bars mount to the vehicle using fabricated 1/4" steel brackets. Bracket kits are vehicle specific. The frame brackets install by drilling mounting holes for the brackets while the axle brackets install using a set of u-bolts. The traction bars and mounting brackets use a durable gloss black powdercoat finish.

These new RECOIL traction bars are built to the highest standards featuring quick and easy adjustment while installed on the vehicle. To adjust spring tension, use the supplied spanner wrenches at the axle to loosen the jam nut. From there the main bar can be rotated to load or unload the springs at the frame side of the bar. Using the concave end of the wrench handle against the frame end check the location of the end of the main bar in relation to the notches on the wrench to verify the load on the springs, the shorter the distance the more loaded the springs are. Repeat this process on the other traction bar and use the wrenches to tighten down the jam nuts and you are ready to go!

This 4'' Performance Coilover Systems brings together the safety and capability of BDS's 4'' lift kits with the uncompromising performance of Fox factory series 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers and rear Fox 2.0 IFP shocks for true blend of on-road comfort and offroad performance, and engineered to the highest standard using quality materials built right here in the USA.

Also supplied are a pair of high clearance one-piece laser cut 1/4" steel crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, heavy duty replacement ball joints, multipoint differential relocation brackets, heavy duty differential skid plate, sway bar relocation brackets, new alignment cam bolts, and billet aluminum driveshaft spacer. In the rear a 4" offset pin block kit recenters the rear axle in the wheelwell and replacing the factory 1.25'' block to eliminate stacking blocks. Rear brake line extensions and Fox 2.0 shocks round out this kit offering exceptional performance on any terrain and clearance for up to 35'' tires to be installed. This 4'' performance coilover system has been designed, tested, and independently confirmed to integrate flawlessly with the new electronic stability control (ESC) systems and meets FMVSS No.126 compliancy safety standards.
