Fat Bob's Garage - 1972 / GMC / Jimmy / All Products

This kit comes with new front Glide-Ride leaf springs. These spring feature bolt style leaf alignment clamps, anti-friction pads, and tapered leafs. The box kit includes new u-bolts, urethane spring bushings, and brake line relocation brackets. The kit also includes a 4" steering arm. The rear kit includes choice of tapered lift blocks and new u-bolts, tapered lift blocks with long thin add-a-leaf and new u-bolts, or new rear Glide-Ride leaf springs and new u-bolts.

Note:
This sytem will only work on vehicles with a 3-bolt steering arm to knuckle mounting system.
If vehicle is equipped with a front anti sway bar, a sway bar drop bracket is available.
Although unusual, if any drive line vibration is experienced there is a transfer case drop kit available in the accessories section.

GMC 1500 6" Rear Spring (52" Eye to Eye) Glide-Ride Leaf Springs - Each

BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will reduce axle wrap and create a more controlled and stable feel when towing. These springs are covered by the BDS No Fine Print Warranty.

Glide-Ride leaf springs provide 6" of lift. 48 1/4" eye to eye.

Does the rear of your truck need a little extra boost? The BDS Add-a-leaf kits are the perfect answer. This kit comes with complete instructions, new center pins and new leaf alignment clamps. Order one kit per axle. Add-a-leaf kits are sold as pairs except dusl add-a-leaf kits which are sold in sets of four.

U-bolts are not included in add-a-leaf purchase.

Upgrade worn out rubber brake lines with stainless steel extended brake lines. DOT approved brake line kits offer extended length for vehicles with 2"-6" of lift. Stainless steel replacements offer superior protection and longer lifespan. A braided stainless steel exterior keeps lines free from drbris, rocks and mud.
