Engineered to maintain on-road comfort and handling while improving offroad capability, these new 3-3.5" J-Rated Systems build on JKS's legacy of innovative solutions building a true dual purpose platform ready to tackle your next off-road adventure or highway commute to and from the office. Springs allow for 3" of lift in Rubicon models, 3.5" of lift on other models.

JKS Manufacturing expands on its Flex Connect application listings beyond the current Jeep JT, JK, TJ, XJ, MJ, WJ, and ZJ to now include the late model Jeep Wrangler JL. The Flex Connect's spring loaded sway bar link design gives Jeep owners the freedom to transform their factory sway bar into a tunable performance sway bar to better control body roll, smooth out terrain imperfections and offer more articulation out on the trail. This specific kit is available as a new Flex Connect Master Kit to include all components and accessories previously offered for other models, now packaged together to include the flex connect and an adjustable quick disconnect link, mounting hardware, retention brackets, a pair of each of the street-trail-crawl rate springs and the assembly wrenches all sold at a new lower introductory price.

At the heart of the Flex Connect is a specially engineered adjustable sway bar link that houses a pair of small coil springs that allow the link to extend and compress under load to better control body roll as well as absorb imperfections in any terrain. The Flex Connect increases the vehicle articulation over using a standard sway bar link and is easily customizable to meet your driving need using varying rate springs; the softer the spring rate the more body roll and articulate his allowed. The Flex Connect was designed in conjunction with Pac Racing Springs following extensive performance and durability testing to bring this patent pending off-road racing technology into the Jeep world with a bolt-on sway bar system specifically tuned for popular Jeep applications. Construction of the Flex Connect is second to none with a link ends machined from 6061 aluminum utilizing JKS's spherical bushings for bind-free performance. The ends include grease fitting for quiet operation and easy servicing. The machined body of the Flex Connect houses the springs and piston all secured with a removable cap to keep out contaminants. In addition to the Flex Connect the kit includes a companion quick disconnect link to install on the other side of the sway bar.

The Flex Connect is customizable to meet your driving needs and compatible with most lifts on the market. Along with the standard spring set (40% softer than stock) that is included with the Flex Connect, JKS includes 3 spring sets that can be mixed and matched to tune the vehicles roll stiffness, all of which can be installed in a matter of minutes using the supplied spanner wrenches whether you're in the driveway or at the trailhead. The red springs are a high rate/low travel spring (50% softer than stock) for ideal for on-road driving. The yellow "trail" springs are a mid rate/mid travel design (65% softer than stock) offering optimal on/off-road performance. The blue "crawl" springs use a low rate with maximum travel (60% softer than stock) to enhance suspension articulation while maintaining off-camber stability. When the terrain gets too extreme even for the Flex Connect, the links are easily disconnected with a quick release pin to allow full articulation of your Jeep's suspension and clip up out of harms way on the supplied retention brackets. Complete bolt on bracket system to convert the front JKS coil spring suspension to a coil-over
Bracket system designed to accommodate Fox 2.5 coil-overs. Everyone else uses 2.0s
Fox coil-overs are valved specifically for the JKS system and utilize the DSC adjustment for up to 25% range of adjustment to compression dampening
Fox coil-overs are loaded with a dual range spring setup that allows for optimized ride quality, articulation, and load carrying capacity.
The bracket design mounts off factory brackets (after some trimming) for precise location. The new coil-over bracket includes an integrated reservoir mount.
All brackets powder coated the signature JKS semi-gloss black and include the popular stainless steel JKS mountain logo.

Notes:

Designed for use with most 2"-3.5" lift systems
Requires a minimum of 1-1/4" of bump stop extension (for factory bumps). Can be purchased (#JKS1112).
OE frame bracket trimming and hole drilling required
Depending on tire/wheel combination, steering stop adjustment may be required
Will not work with lower control arm adjustment cams (fixed or eccentric). Requires replacement lower control arms if caster adjustment is needed.
07-11 models require replacement front brake lines - 2012-up factory brake lines can be used.

This new skid plate is laser cut from 3/16" steel and formed fit the JK's EVAP canister for protection from rocks and other potential hazards out on the trail that could leave you stranded. The skid plate design bolts into place for easy installation with no need to reroute the EVAP hoses. The skid plate includes a JKS cutout and finished in a durable black powder coat. 2007-2011 Jeep JK EVAP skid plates will be available soon.
