This kit lifts the rear of your Dodge truck by 4". The 4" tapered blocks are a great way to lift the rear of your truck for towing or hauling. The blocks are 4" tall (tapered) and 3" wide 5/8" center pins.

Longer u-bolts are required.

Included in kit:
