Rear: 3" lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, u-bolts and hardware.
Shocks: (4) Premium N2.0 series

Note:
Will Not Fit Cummins Diesel Models.
Trucks w/Dana 60 front axle require 6608 steering block.
