Don’t just replace your axle shafts, upgrade them. For less than the cost or an original replacement axle shaft you can upgrade to an Alloy USA™ performance shaft.

Our axles are made from 1541H or 4140 steel depending on the application. Each axle is heat-treated and induction hardened to have twice the tensile strength than stock and is up to 25-35% stronger.

We use the latest cold spline rolling technology to produce splines that are stronger than traditional cut splines. No cuts means no edges which create stress points and can lead to fracturing.

Axle shafts sold individually. Wheel bearings, seals and wheel studs available separately.

Ford Ranger 2" Front Spacer Lift Leveling Kit (w/ Extender Studs) 4WD 1983-1997

These polyurethane spacers will fit underneath your coil springs, and the stud extender lengthens the bolt that goes from underneath the coil seat to the top of the spacer.

BDS Pro-Ride coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind and bounce right back to their original height. In other words, you won't have to worry about sagging springs. All BDS coils are shot peened to increase tensile as well as hydraulically pre-set to reduce long term fatigue. The polyester based powder coating flexes with the springs to ensure long term protection.
