SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship within 48 hours. If a product is backordered, then we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. If this date is unacceptable, then we may offer you an alternate item or issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.

Products marked as 'Free Shipping' apply to orders shipped to the United States only, unless otherwise noted. For shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact us. In the case of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

In most cases, items shipped internationally must be brought into our warehouse for shipment outside the US. Once items are ordered to be brought into our warehouse(s) the item will be subject to any restocking fee charged by the prospective manufacturer. This fee may be in addition to charges outlined above. In the event of a cancellation or return, actual cost of shipping fees to our warehouse(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Shipments that are purchased with the US Free Shipping and do not want to pay the additional shipping with be charged a 5.00% cancellation fee. Please contact us at (801) 395-2134 or sales@fatbobsgarage.com before purchase to avoid this fee.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY
