Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 1500 3"-6" Suspension Lift Kit

Like their big brother 2500 HD platform, the Chevrolet & GMC 6-Lug IFS platform has been a mainstay for over two decades. The classic GM IFS suspension technology has been proven time and again to provide exceptional handling characteristics and performance, giving “The General” an upper hand in its popularity for suspension system upgrades. RCD Suspension, with its industry leading sub-frame and spindle technology, has capitalized on this platform to produce a high quality product that exceeds even the most discerning customers needs. RCD Suspension continues to produce these systems for all 1988 through 2008 GM IFS truck and SUV models.

CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles
T-6 billet aluminum axle spacers
Zinc plated billet steel “Super-Flex” sway bar end links
No drive shaft modifications necessary for installation
New for 20D7-2008 Models is the elimination of the classic torsion bar set up in favor of a “coil over strut” front end.
Includes Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks

Notes:
Will NOT work on 88-91 Light Duty vehicles with standard brake system (smaller rotor 11.57” x 1”). Must use 1992 or later braking system.
Will NOT work on vehicles equipped with rear steering.
Recalibration of the speedometer, ABS and stability control systems will be required.
Must enlarge lower control arm sway bar end link mounting hole to 3/4”.

Max Tire Size:
33" x 12.5" no modification
25" & larger x 12.5" requires minor bumper and fender trimming
Backspacing:
16" x 8" - 4.5" backspacing
17" & larger x 8" - 4.625" backspacing

Front: Upper control arms w/MOOG pressed-in ball joints, differential drop bracket, forged torsion bar adjuster keys, shock relocation brackets and hardware.
Rear: Option of rear fabricated lift blocks or rear add-a-leafs.

Shocks: (4) Premium N3 series shocks
