Chevrolet/GMC Pickup/Suburban 4.5"-6" Suspension Lift Kit

The Chevrolet & GMC 8-lug IFS chassis has been a mainstay for over two decades and continues to be the most popular application in the light truck market. Although we have seen many body style and suspension refinements over the years, the basic GM IFS system has proven time and again to put forth one of the best handling and best riding chassis available to modify. RCD Suspension, with its industry leading sub-frame and spindle technology, has capitalized on this platform to produce a high quality product that exceeds even the most discerning customer’s needs. RCD Suspension continues to produce these systems for all 1988 through 2008 GM IFS truck and SUV models.

CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles
T-6 billet aluminum axle spacers
Zinc plated billet steel “Super-Flex” sway bar end links
No drive shaft modifications necessary for installation
Includes Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks

Notes:
Will NOT work with Air Ride or Electronic Suspension Systems.
Will NOT work on vehicles equipped with spindle mounted ABS sensor.
Recalibration of the speedometer, ABS and stability control systems required.
Must enlarge lower control arm sway barn end link mounting hole to 3/4".
Some models may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
Vehicles equipped with two piece rear drive shaft may require part #20-68747 Drive Shaft Support Drop Down Bracket for the factory carrier bearing.
Other rear driveline modifications may be required.

Max Tire Size:
33" x 12.5" no modifications
35" & larger x 12.5" requires minor bumper and fender trimming
Backspacing:
16" x 8 - 4.5" backspacing
16.5" & larger x 8" - 4.75" backspacing
