Ford F150 4”-6" Suspension Lift Kit

The 2wd & 4wd Ford F-150 & Expedition platforms have brought great popularity to the aftermarket enthusiast and RCD Suspension was the first in the industry to utilize this new platform to develop sub-frame and spindle kits back in 1997. Developing these new kits for the U.S. Border Patrol gave us an upper hand in the design and development of this new technology with harsh proving grounds in the southwestern deserts of the United States. In 2004, Ford redesigned the F-150 platform to a ‘coil over strut’ design and RCD Suspension stood up to the task. The new RCD 4wd F150 Suspension System was produced using a solid sub-frame spindle design with new Bilstein monotube front struts providing superior handling and performance. RCD Suspension continues to provide 2wd & 4wd systems for most 1997 through 2008 models.

CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles
Heavy duty one piece differential skid plate
Machined aluminum front driveline and axle hardware
Factory style rear block and U-bolt assembly (no “Stacking” of blocks)
Custom tuned front ride height adjustable Bilstein monotube

Notes:
Will NOT work with Air Ride or Electronic Suspension Systems
Recalibration of the speedometer, ABS and stability control systems will be required
Rebalancing of factory front driveline is required
System is “Front Ride Height Adjustable” of either 4” or 6” with multiple spring seat settings on the front coil-over shocks
Vehicles operating in 4wd at higher speeds will require an aftermarket “Dual Cardan” type driveline
Strut type coil spring compressor, along with factory front end disassembly tools are required for installation

Allows for up to 33" tires to fit on 2WD models and up to 35" tires to fit on 4WD models with proper offset. **Up to 33" tires on 2009+ models.

Rear Add-A-Leaf Spring Specs:

This add-a-leaf spring lift kit for the Ford F150 will raise the rear of your truck by an average of 2" (actual lift height depends on the condition of your current leaf pack). This kit provides rear end support and increased capacity for towing or hauling. This is a great option for trucks with a leveling kit installed on the front end that suffer from rear end sagging during towing or hauling.

The add-a-leaf springs are 3" wide by 34" long. This add-a-leaf spring kit does not require the removal of the spring clips, making the installation much easier than the longer add-a-leafs.
